Describe what a typical day at work involves?
Dealing with the all the varied calls and visitors to the office, keeping tabs on who is in the office and who left the building by the fire exit!) Greeting visitors, signing for dozens of parcels delivered into the office each day. Dealing with the incoming and outgoing mail. Operating the carpark barrier and keeping the telephone lists and holiday lists up to date etc,etc.

Meeting so many people

I was BT trained
What’s the strangest work situation you have been in / dealt with?
I had to sign for a polythene bag containing two goldfish swimming around! It was a 21st birthday present for someone in the office
