Our Requirements

We will arrange funding for projects with a total development sales turnover of £1.5 million plus, although we do consider smaller repeat business projects.

• The development must be primarily residential units.
  
• Generally our developments comprise of 10 to 100 units
  
• There is no maximum size for a development, although this tends to be limited by the 'internal rate of return' for the project.
  
• A typical development will span 1 to 2 years.
