Fortunately CALA have the experts to keep in touch with you and report all information to you regularly. Meetings can be called where necessary and systems implemented to ensure that you are always in touch with the very latest financial information.

You will never be in the invidious position of not knowing whether you are making or losing money at any particular time. All payments remain under the control of your signature.

Evaluation of Work to Date

There can be nothing worse for you than an irregular access to the funding. Aligned with our monthly site visits during construction we will reconcile on a monthly basis invoices against cash flow. Following a prompt analysis of this information we will release funds from the draw down facility - we promise to pay no later than 14 days after application, sooner where possible.
