The development, Baker Street Central in Hull , was the second of six projects that CALA Finance has funded for Westbridge Homes . Based in East-Riding, Westbridge was established in 1999 and has rapidly expanded, with projects planned across Yorkshire.

The rapid success of the company has been reliant on its project partners, one of which is CALA Finance.
