CALA Properties in joint venture with Bank of Scotland Corporate, own the Brandon Shopping Centre, which represents the majority of the retail provision in Motherwell town centre.

The Brandon Shopping Centre comprises a 20 acre site that accommodates 350,000 sq ft of retail space which includes 86 shops and 590 car spaces.

Tenants include high street brands such as Argos, Primark, Woolworths and Boots. CALA Properties have an ongoing programme of refurbishment and asset management activities, to improve the centre and it's retail offering.
