CALA Properties, in joint venture with Stockdale Land Limited acquired the Cherwell Centre in Branbury comprising retail, office, car park and a significent town centre development site.

The shopping centre is anchored by Littlewoods and other occupiers include McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Toni & Guy. The centre was intensively managed and refurbished enabling further lettings to New Look and various officem tenants. Separately, the development site was forward funded by the German fund Internationales Immobilien-Institut GmbH (iii-investments) and was developed to provide 70,000 sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation with associated car parking.
