CALA Properties is a successful and ambitious company developing, managing and investing in office, retail, leisure, industrial and mixed use developments across the UK. The company has an enviable track record for the successful delivery of developments and effective asset management.

CALA Finance provides 100% funding for small and medium-sized residential developers supporting projects of all sizes, from a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £1.5 million up to multi-million pound developments. The company also provides a complete consultancy service on all aspects of the project, from start to finish.
