We don't want the excitement of buying your new home to be spoiled by the pressures of selling your old one. So, on selected homes at participating CALA developments, we've introduced a 100% market value Part Exchange service*.
The service itself is very straightforward; CALA will arrange two independent valuations of your existing property by local agents. If there is any disparity in the valuations, a third or fourth opinion may be sought. Based on these valuations, CALA will offer 100% of the market value, subject to a favourable structural survey, and the property being in a saleable condition with a good and clean legal title. An additional benefit of this service follows the new legislation in England, which requires all homeowners to provide a Home Information Pack (HIP) prior to putting their home on the open market. However, with CALA's Part Exchange scheme in England, we will compile this information for you, saving you valuable time and money.
You may enquire about our Part Exchange service as soon as you identify a CALA home in which you are interested, or you can market your home privately for a period of time, and take advantage of the service at a later date if you fail to secure a suitable offer.
