Introduction

Wall tiling from ‘Porcelanosa’ will be provided. White towel warmer radiators will be fitted in the bathroom and master en suite.

Decoration
Walls will be painted in two coats of white emulsion with all internal woodwork skirtings and facings in white satinwood paint. Internal pass doors are oak veneer with a solid core complemented by satin chrome finish ironmongery. The floor to ceiling height is approximately 2.5m.

Electrical
Ample power, lighting, telephone and TV points are incorporated throughout. Please consult the Sales Advisor for specific details on each house type.

Plumbing and Heating

The central heating and hot water are supplied via a Gledhill mains pressure hot water system which allows balanced mains water pressure to hot and cold taps including fresh drinking water. The boiler will be gas-fired and individual thermostatic controls will be fitted to all radiators except one which is usually located in the hall. In addition, the Gledhill system features a back-up electric immersion heater.

Parking Spaces
A secure parking space will be allocated to each home within the underground car park.  
An Audio visual entry system to the underground car park provides additional security.  

External
The common areas surrounding the apartments will be landscaped in accordance with our approved landscape design and will be factored.
