Wardrobes
Bi-fold doors fitted to master bedroom and guest bedrooms with an en suite. Master bedroom wardrobes with internal fit out. Guest bedroom wardrobes fitted with pre-finished shelf and satin chrome hanging rail.

Decoration
Walls will be finished in white emulsion with all internal woodwork finishings in white satinwood paint. Internal pass doors are solid core with oak veneer complemented by satin chrome finish ironmongery. The staircase, handrail and balustrade are finished in Light Oak finish stain. Coving will be fitted to vestibule, lower hall, drawing room and dining room. The floor to ceiling height on the ground floor is approximately 2.7m.

Electrical
All properties have a network of high-tech cabling with a central control panel allowing connection of home entertainment equipment. Ample power, lighting, telephone and TV points are incorporated throughout. Please consult the Sales Advisor for specific details on each property.

A 1.8 metre high timber screen fence will be erected between each rear garden. A rotary clothes drier will also be provided. Rear gardens will be rough-raked and rotovated. Timber decking will be provided to the rear gardens, positioned by the French doors. Our Sales Advisor will be able to assist you with information on plot-specific boundary fences, rear garden levels, garden landscaping, service strips, walls and factoring. Archerfield Links will provide factoring services for the Estate and an annual charge will be payable by each homeowner. Customer options may be available dependant upon stage of construction.
