Our wiring system provides BT and TV points in the sitting room and bedrooms and a satellite point in the sitting room to allow the future connection of Sky Plus. A communal satellite dish will be connected to all apartments but you will still be responsible for your own set top box, licence fee and subscription fees.

At CALA we take pride in building a quality product incorporating the finer details and finishing touches, hence the attention to detail in our external elevations, but we also provide style and benefits for you throughout.
