Internal pass doors are solid core foil wrapped with a light oak finish complemented by satin chrome finish ironmongery. Bi-fold wardrobe doors with shelving and a chrome hanging rail are provided in the master bedroom and in bedroom two.
PLUMBING & HEATING
Central heating and hot water are supplied by a wall mounted Glow Worm Flexicom condensing ‘A’ rated efficiency combination boiler situated in the kitchen. Boilers in larger penthouses will be located in a utility room.
A radiator towel rail will be fitted in the bathroom.
ELECTRICAL
Ample power, lighting, telephone and TV points are incorporated throughout each home. Please consult your Sales Advisor for specific details on each property.
