Planning Consent has now been granted for a total of 232 residential units at the former Motherwell College site. The site extends to 24 acres and has a mature landscape setting. More specifically, the proposed development comprises of 132 detached properties and a 100 flatted units. Access to the site is from Dazell Drive. It is anticipated that demolition of the former College will start at the end of this year.
