Walls and ceilings will be finished in white emulsion with all internal woodwork finishings in white satinwood paint. Internal pass doors are solid core with Light Oak veneer complemented by satin chrome finish ironmongery. The staircase, handrail and balustrade are finished in a Light Oak stain. White solid core, pocket door as indicated on floorplans. The floor-to-ceiling height on the ground floor is approximately 2.7m max.
