HYMANS ROBERTSON FIRST FOR CENTRAL EXCHANGE

<IMG SRC="http://www.cala.co.uk/images/news images/HymansRobertson005.JPG" width="308"><br><br>Hymans Robertson, one of the leading independent firms of consultants and actuaries, are to be the first tenants of Central Exchange, CALA Properties’ prime city centre development in Glasgow. <br><br> The firm is leasing two floors providing in excess of 26,520sq ft (2,400sq m) in Central Exchange, the new £30 million Grade A, seven-storey office development at the corner of Waterloo Street and Wellington Street in the heart of the business district and at the gateway to the city’s International Financial Services District. <br><br> Ronnie Bowie, Senior Partner of Hyman Robertson said; “The location, building specification and rental costs were discerning factors in our decision to relocate to Central Exchange.
