Cala regularly supports employees through funded further education. This ranges from apprenticeships, college courses, university degrees as well as professional accreditations. This includes the potential to secure financial support for further education and chartership.
Our Construction Academy of Excellence is a bespoke, industry-recognised training programme which provides a structured career path for our site management workforce. There are a number of pathways available.
