The two separate events, taking place on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March, include a viewhome weekend at Sarazen Gardens in Brampton and a Hard Hat and Muddy Boots viewing tour at Hartree Green in Highfields Caldecote.
The viewhome weekend event at Sarazen Gardens, located on Buckden Road, will give prospective buyers the opportunity to take a walk around The Hurley; a stunning five-bedroom three-storey townhouse.
The Hurley, priced from £424,950, perfectly represents contemporary family living. The home offers an open-plan kitchen and dining room with French doors leading out to the garden, as well as an impressive sitting room with double doors and a Juliet balcony on the first floor elevation. The spacious master bedroom benefits from an en suite and built-in wardrobe, as does the fifth bedroom. On the top floor, the second bedroom features an en suite bathroom, and two further bedrooms have the use of the main bathroom.
Meanwhile, a ‘Hard Hat and Muddy Boots’ event is being held at CALA Homes’ Hartree Green development on Highfields Road, where prospective buyers will have the opportunity to receive a ‘hard hat’ tour of a selection of stunning three and four-bedroom homes currently under development; The Hurwick, The Larfield and The Osmore.
Visitors attending either event will also have the opportunity to meet the CALA Homes sales team and learn more about the range of incentives available that can assist those looking to make their next move. These include CALA’s popular up to 100% Part Exchange service, where CALA effectively acts as a cash buyer for a purchaser’s current property, providing a smooth and chain-free process, with added peace of mind that the sale will complete in time for the move into the new home.
Alternatively, many homes at both developments are available to purchase with the Government’s Help to Buy scheme. Enabling both first and existing homebuyers to achieve an aspirational lifestyle, Help to Buy is an initiative for homebuyers who need help with deposit funds, helping them purchase a new home with as little as a 5% cash deposit. It only applies to new build properties in England with a maximum purchase price of £600,000.
Chris Roads, Sales and Marketing Director for CALA Homes (North Home Counties), said: “Events such as viewhome openings and hard hat viewings are the perfect opportunity for potential buyers to get a flavour for a new CALA home, but to also get a better understanding of what our stunning developments have to offer. The homes at our Cambridgeshire developments are reserving fast, so we’d encourage interested purchasers to come along to our events on 16th and 17th March where their dream home could be waiting for them.”
The homes at Sarazen Gardens range from £319,950 to £739,950, whilst properties at Hartree Green are available from £399,950 to £699,950.
