The Engineers work closely with the Land and Construction Teams in assessing the suitability of a potential site and managing the implications of any complications, once we start building. The Architects inform the design of the CALA product, ensuring we continue to innovate and lead in how we build.
To join the Technical Team you will need excellent attention to detail and the interpersonal skills to confidently inform others in the business in your own area of expertise.
Where appropriate and beneficial we encourage our employees to attain professional accreditation with governing bodies such as RICS, RIBA, ICE or CIAT.
