What is your favourite thing about your job?: The diversity of the role, where each day is different and meeting people from many walks of life.
What achievement are you most proud of since joining CALA?: Helping the region achieve its highest scoring for customer recommendation in 2015/2016 year.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about a career in housebuilding?: Take time to research the organisation/role so you fully understand the brand and product. But ultimately go for it as the industry will provide you with opportunities that will keep you challenged and motivated.
