Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will be planning marketing activity for future developments, including site set up and media activity. This will include creating a well-informed marketing approach for new developments, preparing pre commencement media activity and PR. You will also be required to comply market intelligence in order to predict purchaser profiles for future and development opportunities to inform strategy and approach.
The successful candidate will liaise with marketing and media agencies, assist with the preparation of marketing reports for new sites, event organisation when required, along with arranging meetings and providing general support for any other marketing and PR activities.
Ideally you will have a degree in Marketing or similar, with experience of working in a busy office environment in an administrative role, ideally with a marketing focus. Enthusiastic with the ability to act on your own initiative, you will have excellent planning and organisational skills, prioritising your own workload. You must have practical experience of Microsoft Office packages and excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills. You should have a full UK driving licence and access to a car as travel to different developments will be required.
