Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include assisting with the setup of new developments, use of the database to report on key trends and provide market research, as well as responding to correspondence via email. The successful candidate will liaise with marketing and media agencies, assist with the preparation of marketing reports for monthly meetings, event organisation when required, along with arranging meetings and providing general support for any other marketing and PR activities.
Ideally you will have a degree in Marketing or similar, with experience of working in a busy office environment in an administrative role, ideally with a marketing focus. Enthusiastic with the ability to act on your own initiative, you will have excellent planning and organisational skills, prioritising your own workload. You must have practical experience of Microsoft Office packages and excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills. You should have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
