CALA Build 2019 team announced

Ten CALA employees have been selected to build homes in Cambodia in partnership with charity Habitat for Humanity.

05 November 2018

The ten CALA employees who will make up the CALA Build 2019 team have now been selected, and in partnership with charity, Habitat for Humanity (HFH), the CALA team will work to build safe homes for vulnerable families in the Battambang province of Cambodia.

The team has been chosen following a very difficult selection process, which saw high quality applications across the business - a testament to the great people and talent we have at CALA. All of the applicants demonstrated a commitment to the CALA values of Passion, Quality, Delivery and Respect, and the selected individuals were shown to live and breathe these values in their everyday roles, as well as in the support they provide to their colleagues, and the service they deliver for our customers.

Some of the CALA team have now had their initial briefing session with their team leader from HFH and can now begin preparations and fundraising for the trip. We will be posting more on their journey.
