Trade publication Housebuilder Magazine is behind the awards which are supported by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and National House Building Council (NHBC). They are in their 12th year and are geared to reward innovation and excellence recognising those in the industry who are improving quality, design, efficiency and customer care.
