In its 26th year, the UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
The teams in South Home Counties, North Home Counties and North were all recognised on the night at the event in London.
All three regions won a 'Residential Development' award, while South Home Counties and North Home Counties both achieved overall winner status and a 5* rating in their respective categories:
• CALA Homes at Great Kneighton (NHC) – 5* BEST Residential Development - Cambridgeshire
• Charters Gate (SHC) – 5* BEST Residential Development - East Sussex
• Cults Park (North) – Residential Development Award Winner - North East Scotland
This is the first time CALA has entered the UK Property Awards, which are a precursor for the International Property Awards in December. Our 5* award winners will automatically be entered in to the 'UK's Best' award in the International Property Awards. Winners of the 'UK's Best' award will then compete with developments from around the globe for the 'World's Best Award'.
