Police Scotland Youth Volunteers Aberdeen (PSYV) was awarded £500 from CALA’s Community Bursary in 2018.

The group offers opportunities for youths aged 13-17 to get involved in making their communities safer, bridging the barriers between the police, youths and their communities, with Aberdeen one of the first groups to be established.

The cash boost was used to purchase new kits for its health and wellbeing sessions.
