Renfrewshire community group Forever Young, received £1,000 from CALA's Community Bursary in 2018.

Forever Young has recently undertaken a project called Paisley Puffins, which encourages members in taking regular health walks at Robertson Park every Thursday. The group has successfully expanded, initially having only five members, it now sees more than 15 walkers take part each week. The organisation tackles loneliness and isolation amongst the elderly by implementing their participation in physical exercises.

The cash boost from CALA enabled the community group to establish their walking group.
