CALA Homes (South Home Counties) Limited is preparing a Reserved Matters planning application for a development of 55 high quality new homes on land to the west of Sweeters Copse, Loxwood Road in Alfold, Surrey.
South Home Counties
Outline planning permission for the site was granted in April 2016 by Waverley Borough Council, and CALA Homes is now preparing a Reserved Matters application for 55 new homes.
The proposal will include a mix of one to five-bedroom properties to meet local housing need, as well as 40 per cent allocation of affordable homes.
CALA Homes (South Home Counties) will also be making financial contributions to improve local facilities and services in the area.
