Applegarth Farm

CALA Homes (Thames) Ltd has agreed terms with Applegarth Farm and submitted a reserved matters application to the East Hampshire District Council for a development of 80 new homes in the Hampshire village of Grayshott

Applegarth Farm, Grayshott Thames

The development site off Headley Road, on the edge of the village, is currently used for agricultural purposes, but will be transformed into a collection of two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached homes.

Located on associated land adjacent to Applegarth Farm, the new scheme will breathe new life to the existing site by introducing exciting new provisions for the local community, as well as enabling the extensive economic redevelopment of the popular farm shop and restaurant.

The Council are due to determine the planning application by Tuesday 14th November 2017. Subject to approval, CALA will aim to start work on site in January 2018.

We are committed to consulting with the local communities in the areas which we build and recently held a consultation event on 5th September 2017.
