CALA Homes will be running a public consultation event so that you members of the public can view our plans for a high-quality development of 35 homes at the former police station on Portesbery Road, prior to our submission of a planning application to Surrey Heath Council.
As you may be aware, the Surrey Police Authority have relocated services from the Portsbury Road Station, and are now located within the Surrey Heath Borough Council Offices in Knoll Road.

To this end, we would like to introduce you to our plans and will be asking for your comments to help shape our proposals before we submit them to Surrey Heath Borough Council for determination. The event took place on Saturday 6 December 2014, from 11.00am – 5.00pm at High Cross Church, Knoll Road, Camberley GU15 3SY. The exhibition allowed the opportunity to view the proposed layout, house designs and landscaping for the scheme and provide feedback. Members of the project team were also be available to talk you through the detailed plans and answer any questions you may have. The display boards are available online here.
