The 4.4 acre site in Chinnor has previously been used to graze horses, and under CALA Homes’ proposal will include a mix of two to four-bedroom properties to meet local housing need, as well as a 40 per cent allocation of affordable homes.
The development will maintain and enhance the distinct local character of Chinnor and will be accessed via a compact roundabout off Crowell Road. There will also be financial contributions to enhance local facilities and services.
