Icknield Way, Tring Chiltern

Our Proposal

The site is allocated in Dacorum Borough Council’s Local Plan and CALA Homes is proposing a quality development that will include a range of traditionally designed one to five-bedroom homes to meet local housing need. This features a 40 per cent proportion of affordable homes, and other benefits including attractive public open space providing links with the wider countryside, children’s play areas, as well as pedestrian and cycle routes. There would also be financial contributions to enhance local facilities and services, to be delivered by planning obligation.

The proposed layout of the development, landscaping and the design of the homes have all be sensitively-designed to reflect the character of the local area.
