CALA Homes (Midlands) is preparing a full planning application for 28 high quality new homes on land off Willowbank Road in Alderton.

Our Proposal

The 2.16 hectare site is situated to the south of Alderton village and just outside the existing settlement boundary. The Greenfield site lies immediately to the south of CALA’s Alder Green development.

CALA’s proposal will include a mix of two, three and four bedroom high quality homes and public open space, designed sympathetically to be in keeping with the character of the village and the existing CALA development. 11 of the properties will be affordable houses, some of which will be available exclusively to local people at a discount to open market value.

CALA believes that this site is the best option for new homes in Alderton. It is situated away from the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, provides a natural extension to the village and is accessible without the need for construction traffic to come through Alderton.
