Planning Application - Paisley Dykebar Hospital, Paisley

Cala Homes (West) have successfully secured planning permission by planning appeal, together with Barratt Homes and Bellway Homes for surplus land at Dykebar Hospital in Paisley.

The site has been allocated in Renfrewshire Council’s Local Development Plan as being suitable to accommodate housing. The consortium will deliver 600 units, 173 of which will be private Cala plots. We’ve also proposed to retain a large amount of the current greenspace on the development which can be enjoyed as part of this exciting new community, as well as two proposed play areas and new cycleways and pedestrian paths.

Survey work and investigations will soon commence on site to prepare the area for development.
