Under construction - Ballagan Woods, Killearn

Cala Homes (West) is delighted to have now started initial works on the site of the former Killearn Hospital and its surrounding grounds. 

Located on the A81 opposite Oakwood Garden Centre, to the south of the charming village of Killearn, Ballagan Woods will offer a mix of 89 bungalows, terraced, semi-detached and detached homes alongside plentiful green space, village green and a children’s play area.

With our initial site works now underway, we expect to complete the build of our first homes in Winter 2024/25.

Pricing and more detailed plot information will be available closer to the time of sales launch, which is expected in Autumn 2024, however please note these dates are indicative and subject to change.
