HOW IT WORKS
It couldn’t be simpler. You buy a beautifully finished showhome or sales centre and lease it back to CALA for an agreed period. The perfect tenant, CALA will continue to use the property and in return, give you a guaranteed income with a healthy annual yield for the length of the lease.
All showhomes’ high specification fixtures, fittings, carpets and landscaped gardens are included in the sale. Before the end of the lease to CALA, we will complete any works required to return sales centres to their original planned design and once the lease has ended, you will have an excellent CALA home to occupy or to let on the open market. Furniture is not included in any sale (unless specifically agreed) but may be available to purchase by separate negotiation at the end of the tenancy.
