The 5.5 hectare site received a resolution to grant outline planning permission in October 2017 and we expect the final permission to be granted shortly. It is currently an undeveloped parcel of agricultural land.
CALA’s proposal will include a mix of one to five-bedroom properties to meet local housing need, as well as a 40 per cent allocation of affordable homes. The proposed development will maintain and enhance the distinct local character of Puckeridge, as well as providing large areas of landscaped open space for residents to enjoy.
