Cala has submitted the Reserved Matters Application: NOT/2023/2160 to Ashford Borough Council on 20 November 2023.

The Reserved Matters Application seeks approval of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale after the Outline Application was granted in November 2022.

• 40 dwellings, including a mixture of 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom dwellings;
• All dwellings to be led by local character including: white weatherboarding, tile hanging and steeped roofs;
• 40% to be affordable, giving more local people the opportunity to own or rent a home in Ashford;
• New public open space;
• New children’s play area;
• Improvements to local bus stops; and
• Ecological enhancements planned including additional planting and a receptor site for reptiles.
