Cala at Nobel Park, Didcot

Cala Homes have submitted plans to deliver circa 290 homes on Phases 2 and Phase 4 of the Nobel Park development in Didcot, joining our sister brand Legal & General Homes.

Legal & General have outlined planning permission for a mixed use development encompassing 1,880 new homes, schools, community facilities and improved connections via footpaths, cycle paths and public highways.

All Homes on Phase 1 with Legal & General Homes product are now reserved.

The Cala Light and Space collection will be utilised on Phase 2 – to view the development click here. 

The Legal & General Homes product will be utilised on Phase 4 – to view the development click here.

Both Phases 2 and 4 received planning consent in late 2023.
