Cala Homes (South Home Counties) has submitted the planning application 2021/2178 to the Tandridge District Council on 20 December 2021.

The detailed application was submitted for 100 homes (40% of which are going to be affordable) alongside:

• New sports pitches, a new pavilion, social club, and new parking.
• Associated infrastructure and landscaping.
• New Public Open Space and Local Equipment Area for Play (LEAP) for children.
