Long Marston - Phase 1

The first phase of this development is now live and comprises of 400 homes including a mix of affordable; 144 of these homes will be delivered by Vistry Group. Phase 1 will feature 52 acres of green open space and outdoor amenities including destination play parks, a sports pavilion and pitches, allotments and a community orchard. This phase will also include a community centre consisting of a village hall, a retail shop, an employment hub and children’s day nursery.
