The proposal offers the opportunity to enhance the quality of the existing public realm with a development that is rooted within its surroundings and well integrated with the local area. The proposal takes into consideration improving the visual connections and pedestrian permeability to the development edges that give a scenery approach to the golf course and views along the coast. The landscape is one of the important factors in the development, to create a high quality setting, and improve the amenity of the existing settlement. Careful consideration of the natural environment is improved by retaining biodiversity and fully integrating with the nature conservation and recreational features of existing landscape. This forms Cala Homes East's strategy for a strong and unique sense of place and to present a positive impression of the site at all stages of the development process.
