Springfield, South Queensferry

Cala Homes (East) has submitted an application to the City of Edinburgh Council for land at Springfield, South Queensferry, which was originally identified for housing almost 30 years ago.

The application is for the provision of 176 homes, 25% of which are affordable homes (for social rent, reduced private rent or discounted sale). Located to the north of Bo’ness Road, the proposals include openspace with footpath connections to adjoining residential area of Springfield and wider countryside.
