Coming Soon - Cornhill Village, Hamilton

Cala Homes (West) is delighted to have now started initial works on a new development, Cornhill Village, located off Strathaven Road in Hamilton.

Our new development forms part of a consortium site with Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes, which together will deliver 781 properties, including 49 affordable homes. A large amount of the current greenspace on the site will be retained for residents to enjoy as part of this exciting new community, alongside attractive landscaping and children's play areas.

328 of the properties at Cornhill Village will be private Cala homes, and will include a mix of four and five bedroom detached homes of various designs.

The upcoming Hamilton residential development will also include a new roundabout and spine road connecting Strathaven Road to Meikle Earnock Road. Work has commenced on the construction of the new roundabout on Strathaven Road which is due to open in Spring 2024, as well as the new Spine Road linking Strathaven Road to Meikle Earnock, due to complete in late 2024.
