Planning Application - Kilbarchan

Cala Homes (West) are delighted to be progressing towards a planning application for residential development in Kilbarchan.

The area of land off Barrhill Crescent is currently allocated within the Renfrewshire Local Development Plan as a future housing site and has been identified as an effective site to assist in meeting the housing demand in Renfrewshire.

Our proposed development would deliver 54 private Cala homes, comprising a mix of 3 bedroom terraced and 3-5 bedroom detached properties, alongside 18 affordable homes.

Following our recent public consultation events that took place on 13th and 27th October 2023 where we presented our proposals for the site and welcomed feedback from the local community and stakeholders, we are now progressing with our preparations for the submission of a planning application in December 2023.
