A record number of entries were received for these coveted regional awards this year, across 12 categories, with our Wolvercote Mill development being shortlisted as one of three nominees for the inaugural award for best residential development.
The winner will be revealed on September 14 during the finale of the OxPropFest Awards 2022 which celebrates the depth of property, design and construction skills across Oxfordshire.
Our Chiltern region launched Wolvercote Mill in 2019 and has been working with local transport to extend its bus services into the heart of the development.
