Cala Homes has announced the appointment of James Dunne as Managing Director for its Southern regional business leading the delivery of Cala’s strategic growth plan and expansion, as it continues to develop a robust pipeline of sites across Hampshire, Dorset, and Southern Wiltshire.
James brings over 30 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry to the role, having begun his career in engineering before progressing into senior leadership roles, most recently at Bovis Homes and Barratt David Wilson.
He joins Cala Southern as the business targets its next phase of growth following its establishment in 2025. Cala Southern's current live developments, which will deliver a total of 2,625 homes, include sites in Basingstoke, Fordingbridge, Wimborne and Winchester.
