Fraser Carr – Group Sales & Marketing Director

Fraser was appointed Group Sales & Marketing Director in 2025. He oversees the strategic direction of Cala’s sales and marketing across the group, working to enhance sales performance, brand reputation and customer experience.

Fraser continues to hold the post of Regional Director for Cala Homes (North), a position he took in January 2025.

Since joining Cala Homes (North) as Sales and Marketing Director in August 2014, he has been a key member of the North management team.

Fraser holds a degree in History from the University of Leeds.
