Michael Rice - Chief Financial Officer

Michael was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2025.

Michael brings extensive financial and strategic expertise to Cala. He began his career at KPMG in Ireland before moving into industry, most notably with Kingspan Group plc, as Group Financial Controller. Michael later served as CFO at Glenveagh Properties plc, where he supported the Irish housebuilder’s IPO in 2017 and oversaw its significant growth over the following 7 years.  

He holds a degree in Commerce, a Master’s degree in Accounting and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland.
