Stay Safe, Stay Away

Stay Safe, Stay Away offers primary schools an interactive session covering the history of building houses as well as the variety of fantastic and varied career opportunities within the industry, as well educating pupils about the dangers of going into construction areas unsupervised.

Land to Life

Land To Life is a curriculum-based schools project aimed at 7-11 year olds. The comprehensive suite of teachers’ notes and detailed lesson plans aims to educate children on how new communities are created, from land acquisition through to sales and marketing.

Lending library

‘Take a book, leave a book’ is the motto for the lending library installed at our Wintringham development in St Neots. The library is stocked full of books to be borrowed and enjoyed by members of the local community and designed by local children attending Wintringham Primary School.

St Neots Street Food Festival

The St Neots Food Festival, held at St Neots Rugby Club has been running for the past 3 years with a huge number of approximately 6,000 people attending each year. In summer 2023, Cala helped the town to celebrate this momentous occasion. As well as sponsoring £250 to this much loved community event, we got involved as we attended this event and engaged with the local community.


St Neots Festival

After 15 years without a carnival, St Neots Festival brought the 'spirit' of the carnival back to the beautiful town of St Neots with a parade which took place on 24th & 25th June 2023 in Priory Park, organised by the St Neots Arts charity, Neotists. The Cala at Wintringham team attended and got involved in this festival supporting the local community and being part of the celebrations. We also donated £1,000 to this enjoyable event.
