Transport links are excellent, with several local train stations serving London and South Kent. Trains from Beckenham Junction to Victoria take just 20 minutes and from Eden Park to London Bridge in 25 minutes. Trams run from Beckenham Junction to East and West Croydon and Wimbledon.

For the active, Beckenham offers many sports clubs, including Beckenham Sports Club, the Parklangley Club (tennis/raquet sports), The Spa at Beckenham for swimming, David Lloyd gym and pools, Langley Park Golf Club and, boasting a fabulous new facility, the Kent County Cricket Ground is located here.
